Background
This antibody reacts with the chain of human Ig on B cells. It does not react with T cells, monocytes, granulocytes or erythrocytes. The antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemia cells in flow cytometry and frozen tissue sections.

Applications
This antibody can be used for flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Does not react with formalin/paraffin embedded sections. Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
